Epoxy Putty is a hand‑mixable, two‑component epoxy “super‑putty” for fast, long‑lasting repairs. It fills holes, scratches, cracks, cavities, and dents, even underwater. Bonds metals (steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, magnesium, lead, etc.), plastics, glass, ceramics, concrete, and wood. Retains properties up to +260 °C.

Application Instructions

  1. Preparation

    • Remove paint, rust, and contaminants.

    • Degrease with MANNOL 9691 Brake Cleaner; dry.

    • Roughen surface with sandpaper.

  2. Mixing & Shaping

    • Cut off required amount from tube.

    • Knead resin and hardener by hand until uniform and warm.

  3. Application

    • Apply with a spatula, removing excess.

    • On wet or oily surfaces, press firmly for 15 min to ensure bonding.

  4. Curing

    • Initial set: 15 min

    • Deformation‑resistant: 30 min

    • Full cure: 1 hour
