MANNOL 2K‑PUR is a two‑component, polyurethane‑based adhesive/sealant with exceptional resistance to water, oils, and chemicals. It cures rapidly to a durable, flexible bond suitable for plastics, metals, concrete, stone, and wood.

Application Instructions

1. Preparation

   • Remove old paint/coatings, dirt, grease, and oil.

   • Roughen surfaces (sandpaper) and degrease with MANNOL 9691 Brake Cleaner. Dry thoroughly.

2. Reinforcement Mesh

   • Place mesh inside the hole/crack so it overlaps edges by ≥5 cm. For large holes, use two layers (50 % overlap).

   • Apply the supplied foil on the front side.

3. Mixing & Application

   • Dispense equal parts (1:1) resin and hardener; mix until uniform.

   • Spread mixture over the mesh interior, avoiding excess pressure that might squeeze it onto the front side.

4. Curing & Finishing

   • After 10 min, remove the front foil.

   • Allow 20–30 min for full cure.

   • For painting, apply MANNOL Epoxy‑Plastic 9904 as a primer if needed.
